APPLICATION PROCEDURES
1) Start with the Rentals page; each listing has a link to a page containing photos and
other important details.
2) Next, drive by the property to be sure it is something that you would want; be sure
that the location and exterior amenities are acceptable.
3) Once you decide that you are really interested, call our office, (530) 892-0916, or
send us an email at admin@remco.us to arrange a visit. We will ask you some questions
to be sure that you have actually seen the property and that it would suit your needs.
Use this time to ask any questions before arranging a visit.
4) When you do visit, please ensure that all prospective tenants are present; it is difficult
to arrange more than one showing. If you have follow-on questions, please send them by
email. We'll answer as soon as we can.
5) If you have decided to apply, each prospective tenant must complete and submit an
Application and Guarantee; the Guarantee must be signed by the applicant's parent or
guardian. Print and complete the necessary forms, be sure they are all signed, and fax,
mail, or hand deliver them to us. Our delivery addresses are on the Contact Us page.
6) Once all necessary forms have been received, we will review your application and
make a rental decision. We will not start to review your application until all required
documents are in our possession. If we offer you the property, you will be given a certain
amount of time, usually 2 days, to come into the office, sign the lease/rental agreement,
and post the security deposit. All applicants must sign, although they may come in at
separate times.
