We have no management openings at this time; however, vacancies occur often, but we
seldom advertise. So if you are interested, we suggest that you send us a copy of your
resume. We’ll keep it in file for a year and when an opening occurs, we will get in touch. If
you are currently working and are just thinking about a change, we’ll contact you discreetly
before making any inquiries.

MAINTENANCE STAFF:

We are a small company and use only a few direct staff. If you are a handyman looking for
occasional work, please send us a letter or email, or you can stop by the office. If you do
work for us, you will have to supply your social security number for 1098 reporting.

VENDORS AND LICENSED CONTRACTORS:

A significant portion of our maintenance and repair work is done through third-party
vendors. If you would like to be added to our list, you can stop by the office, or send us a
letter or email. We will need license, tax, and insurance information before assigning you
work.
